Carlos Valdes

Carlos Valdes (IsBurning) has been at the heart of the Amsterdam scene for years, as a DJ, label boss and promoter. His DJ sets mix up everything from hypnotic techno to kicking house and, rather than playing all the big hits, he selects the records that make most sense at the time. He is well known for his classy and considered taste. Carlos has earned a fine reputation in his own country, around Europe and also outside the continent. He was one of the residents at Amsterdam’s foremost club, TrouwAmsterdam. Over the years he has played esteemed clubs like Panoramabar, Robert Johnson, DC10, WAS Concrete, Fabric and festivals Awakenings, Glastonbury, Nachtdigital, Lighthouse Festival to name a few.

Josh Caffe

Underground house and techno legend Josh Caffe has made a name for himself as one of the most exciting producers and vocalists on the scene right now. Originally from east London, Caffe has played sets to international audiences at festivals like Glastonbury and Lovebox, and more recently in Berlin at notorious club Kit Kat. His unique sound, which blends modern house with his own acid house vocals, has proved popular among his dedicated, growing fanbase. No stranger to the dark and twisted music, Josh explores themes such as veracity, fears, sexual desires and rebellion. The music video for the track “Erebus” from his recent album ‘Black Magik Dawn’, was in fact produced by Alinka, who joins him on Friday’s line-up!
