A master of mystery and relentless seeker, his knack for unearthing precious gemstones -for immediate exploitation and then, slowly but surely, the greater good of the community- is uncanny, and its this insistence on clearing a path between the unknown and the utterly unexpected that elevate his sets into explorations of faraway lunar landscapes and charters through the depths of murky seas. Unai Trotti

Letting his superb selections and finely honed skills behind the decks do the talking for him, Unai Trotti, has emerged as a renowned curator in dance music in recent years. As the driving force behind Cartulis, he’s become one of London’s most important tastemakers, throwing warehouse parties in different locations across the East London area since 2009, with the aim of bringing back the lost underground spirit in the techno, house and minimal scene. Since then, Cartulis has risen to international recognition, with events across the globe and the growth of their record label. Unai’s distinct sound, the fast and rolling, yet still subtle, with gentle pads fading in and out, interspersed with ravey stabs, will have any music lover tapping their toes all night long.
